She Who Watches - Tsagaglal

She Who Watches properly called Tsagaglal is a character from the traditions of the Pacific Northwest Native American Tribe the Wishram (sometimes referred to as the Chinook Tribe which is used to identify a number of tribes along the Columbia River in Oregon and Washington). The original art is a petroglyph in the rocks near Horse Theif Lake, there are about 100 petroglyphs in the area. Her place is a sacred place to come and pray among the native peoples. The location is protected now and can only be visited with a guide.
